Yes.  When you are asked for credit card information, you are actually connected directly to Verisign, which processes our credit cards for us. 

In nearly all cases, orders placed on a business day by 11am eastern time, will go out the next day.  We ship by US Mail Priority Mail, so you should get your order about 1 to 4 business days after you place it.

I placed an order for a 20 x 30 size poster, but I got my poster sized at 20.000 x 28.899 when I received it, why?

We try to print your poster with out cropping or stretching to fit the poster size that you ordered. If you must have the poster to the exact size, you will need to let us know when you email us your photo. Just put “crop or stretch” in your email letting us know. If you do not we will print it to the closes size that you ordered.

I have placed my order but I did not see anywhere during the check out where I was to upload my photo file?

After you have placed your order you will receives an email about your order that was just placed, at the bottom of the email you are instructed to send in your photo image file. So after you place your order, just email your photo image file to: upload@ephotoposter.com Be sure and put your name and the poster size that you want in the subject line. (example: Ed Posterman 20 x 30)

What’s the best way to send my photo file for a great looking poster?

It’s always best to send it to us as a jpg file and if you have the photo in a software program where you can set the pixels, set them at 2000 x 3000 pixels. This can be sent in a 2 or 3 meg file.
